Sourced from independent growers, small holder farmers, and foragers from around the globe. Crafted in micro, hand-blended batches in Perry County, Pennsylvania. 

Tasting Notes: The perfect blend of savory spices to accentuate but not overpower the flavors of a successful harvest. Pairs perfectly with your big game backstraps, steaks, or burgers. 

Recommended Use: 1Tbsp Seasoning/ Lb of Whitetail, Elk, Moose, or other Big Game Meat.  Apply seasoning and let it marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
Make a wet marinade with 1 Tbsp Seasoning, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, and 1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar (or citrus juice, or other vinegar.) Let marinade for approximately 30 minutes.

Ingredients: Applewood Smoked Sea Salt, Heirloom Black Peppercorns, Toasted Onion, Fermented Black Garlic, Aleppo Pepper, Heirloom Coriander Seeds, Spices.

 NO PRESERVATIVES OR ANTI-CAKING AGENTS (we recommend that you store in a dry place to prevent clumping)

Apple Wood Smoked Sea Salt:  Flaky sea salt smoked over aged Eastern Washington applewood at low temperatures to yield a dense, fruity-sweet smoke flavor that is unlike most other woods.

Fermented Black Garlic:  grown on small farms in Aguacatan, Guatamala. The cloves are fermented slow and low to create a deep umami-rich and complex garlic flavor.

Heirloom Coriander Seeds: grown along the Red River in remote northern Vietnam on a regenerative farm by Hmong farmers. These small, dark variety of coriander seeds feature earthy undertones with a bright, herbaceous, and lemony finish.

Heirloom Black Peppercorns:  harvested from a small organic, regenerative farm in Vietnam when the peppercorns are ripe. The classic, herbaceous, robust flavor is captivated when we hand grind each batch for blending.

Toasted Onion:  sourced from Vietnam and made according to a meticulous process of sun-drying and cooling that develops a warm, caramelized alum flavor. 

Aleppo Peppers: Turkish-variety aleppo chili peppers have a warm, tomato-like fruity flavor. The chilis are sun-dried and stone-ground.
