Tasting Notes: Delightfully fruity with a medium level of warm and smoky heat that's begging for the grill. Perfect for fajitas, tacos, and grilled meats. Also makes a perfect finishing salt or rim salt to your margarita!
Recommended Use: 1 Tbsp / Lb of Chicken, Pork, Beef, or Veggies. Let marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
Make a marinade with 1 Tbsp Rub, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, and 1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar (or citrus juice, or other vinegar.) Let marinade for approximately 30 minutes.

Apple Wood Smoked Sea Salt: Flaky sea salt smoked over aged Eastern Washington apple wood at low temperatures to yield a dense, fruity-sweet smoke flavor that is unlike most other woods.
Sun-Dried Limes: Deliciously tart lime flavor from fresh Persian limes grown on a family farm in Guatemala. The limes are harvested and sun-dried then ground into a powder.
Aleppo Pepper: Turkish-variety aleppo chili peppers have a warm, tomato-like fruity flavor and medium heat adding just a little excitement to our bbq blend. The chilis are sun-dried and stone-ground.
Black Urfa Chili: These chilis are grown in Urfa Turkey where they have been for centuries. Fresh ripe chilis are sun dried, curing in their own juices which gives a deep umami flavor, not-so-hot spice level, and beautiful dark color.
