Tasting Notes: Our signature bold, aromatic, savory BBQ rub ready for the fire. Just the right amount of mild chili peppers, and a kiss of deep maple sweetness.
Recommended Use: 1 Tbsp / Lb of Chicken, Pork, Beef, or Veggies. Let marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
Make a marinade with 1 Tbsp Rub, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, and 1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar (or citrus juice, or other vinegar.) Let marinade for approximately 30 minutes.

Ingredients: Sea Salt, Maple Sugar, Smoked Spanish Paprika, Heirloom Black Pepper Corns, Toasted Onion, Purple Stripe Garlic, Aleppo Pepper, Smoked Chipotle, Spices. NO PRESERVATIVES OR ANTI-CAKING AGENTS (we recommend that you store in a dry place to prevent clumping)
Maple Sugar: sourced from a small family sugarworks in Vermont. Expertly made from the darkest grade of maple sugar for a deep, rich, intense flavor.
Smoked Spanish Paprika: sourced from a protected region in Extremadura, Spain where sweet red peppers have been grown and smoked for centuries. The fresh peppers are slowly dried over oak coals for a rich, smoky flavor and savory depth.
Heirloom Black Pepper Corns: harvested from a small organic, regenerative farm in Vietnam when the peppercorns are ripe. The classic, herbaceous, robust flavor is captivated when we hand grind each batch for blending.
Toasted Onion: sourced from Vietnam and made according to a meticulous process of sun-drying and cooling that develops a warm, caramelized alum flavor.
Purple Stripe Garlic: grown and harvested in the mountains of northern Vietnam, this small-bulb variety is savory and sweet with deep, complex garlicy flavor.
Aleppo Pepper: Turkish-variety aleppo chili peppers have a warm, tomato-like fruity flavor and medium heat adding just a little excitement to our bbq blend. The chilis are sun-dried and stone-ground.
Smoked Chipotle: grown and vine-ripened in Santa Cruz, California, smoked over fruit tree branches, sun dried and ground.
